B B B Birds!

Pigeons are a bunch of fun.

Sometimes pen and pad can be a little daunting, but pigeons just cut that up.

Skulls and the skeletal structure in general solidify in your minds eye, the weight and form of what looks like a fat blob with wings.

More Pigeons

I legit saw a pigeon land on its head like that.

Love drawing pigeons, and the single line works a great for them.

Just some ideas but I'm liking the crowds a lot. As a simple study but also as a kind of pattern too.

Birds on the brain

Studying bird anatomy a little went a long way this month. I'm certainly no Dr. Frankenstein, but even simple knowledge of head one connected to the neck bone have made life drawing fun again.

Pigeon stuff

Pigeons rock.

Drawing them should be easy enough but I'm still struggling.

I'll look into their anatomy a little this week to strengthen my bases.
