Wanted to go as rough as possible for this piece. 

The parts that give description to the features always get my attention - in this case the hair.

Once the appealing parts are covered I generally blaze through the rest leaving a bit of a monstrosity.

Tetris - Perspective

Pretty chuffed to find these in Tokyu Hands, really going to come in handy with the perspective work later.

Ultra realism is a little out of my league, but focus on detail is crucial. 

Drawing something as simplistic as a smooth wooden block, foreground sharpness and background blur are going to need attention.

Plant Themes

Recent works in acrylics and watercolors. Previous work has been photo or still-life based, so it's about time to start diggin for something new. Nature inspires me a lot, so plants, trees, flowers and whatnot are going to play a big role in future works.

After watching Youtube videos on watercolors, was able to squeeze a little texture out of this one...
